Terms of Service
Fonomigo is an assistant you text. By using it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Questions: privacy@fonomigo.com.
An early service
Fonomigo is invite-only while we test it. Features may change, pause or stop, and it will sometimes get things wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it.
Your account
- You sign in with a phone number you control, and you're responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 16.
- Tell us right away at privacy@fonomigo.com if you think someone else has used your account.
Connected accounts
When you connect an account, such as Google, you let Fonomigo access it with the permissions you approve, and only to help you. You can disconnect it at any time. Your use of those services is still governed by their own terms.
Acceptable use
Don't use Fonomigo to:
- break the law or violate anyone's rights;
- harass, spam, or deceive people;
- access accounts or data you aren't allowed to;
- interfere with or try to break Fonomigo's security or service.
Your content
What you send Fonomigo and the data from your connected accounts stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide Fonomigo to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Ending things
You can stop using Fonomigo and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering Fonomigo, and we'll tell you when we can.
No warranty
Fonomigo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Fonomigo isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by relying on its answers or actions you approved.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top, and tell you before significant changes take effect.
